If like me you love your garden then nurseries always hold a sense of fascination. Stewarts is a renown and longtsanding local family-run business that offers a vast array of indoor and outdoor plants, gardening tools and furniture, books, greeting cards and other gift and furnishings. The cafe is very good too. I have always found what I'm looking for here including a great quality and value 'live' Christmas tree each year. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is one that I would whole-heartedly recommend.

Near the New Forest this is a more traditional garden centre in glasshouse buildings, but none the worse for that. Friendly staff give reliable advice . There's a wide range of plants, gifts, gardening reqisites, and particularly garden furniture.
It's well known for it's imaginitive Xmas displays.
The cafe serves breakfast, coffee, and lunches.
And with a Sainsbury's supermarket next door you can sort a lot of shopping out at once.
There's also a large Aquatic shop. -

One of the better garden centres, they have a good range of garden sundries, pots, gifts etc. Summer brings an excellent selection of garden furniture & BBQs followed by a good range of Christmas decorations.
They are a nursery so the plants are healthy & there is a good variety.
There is, of course, a coffee shop serving cakes, snacks & lunches.
The staff are friendly & knowledgeable.
Plenty of parking.
Got to admit that I prefer their branch at Holt !! -

I visit Stewarts a lot. It's a lovely garden centre with a variety of garden and house plants, conservatory and garden furniture and gift selection. Also the restaurant is very good with a variety of hot and cold meals. Lunches are very popular! They often have special 2 for one meals on particular days. The service is friendly and knowledgeable.
